State Tax Exemption Certificate
Under the classification of 501(c)(3) status,
the IRS identifies The Column Center as a non-profit organization.
Organizations that are
exempt from tax under IRS code section 501(c)(3) are exempt from all sales
and franchise taxes (except for hotel occupancy tax). Purchaser should complete exemption certificate and present it to vendor
(Donor) at time of purchase. If vendor (Donor) would like to have a copy of
