Class and Attunement
Location: Cost: $125 Next Classes for Reiki I: Sept 6, Oct 18 In this Reiki I class you will receive information regarding the history of Reiki and the universal healing energy. You will learn the hand positions and review information on the twenty-one day cleanse and Reiki principles for living. PJ is a Reiki Master, who can trace her lineage directly to Dr. Usui, the man who learned to channel this energy and taught others to channel, as well. The class includes a manual of the classroom presentation, an individual attunement and hands-on practice of the healing modality. Students who complete the four hour class will receive a certificate for Reiki I. Note: Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing and bring a drink and a snack or appetizer to share between the attunements and the hands-on portion of the class. There is a refrigerator, in case your food item needs to be kept cold. There are also cold drink and snack food vending machines in the office building, conveniently located near Highway 114 and O’Connor, just east of DFW airport. Death separates us from the physical closeness we shared with family members, loved ones and pets. It is only natural that we grieve the loss of the human companionship and interactions we had with them when they were living with us in a physical form. We can no longer reach out and touch them or pick up the phone and talk to them. We experience heartache being separate from their physical beings, no longer given the opportunity to give hugs, touch their faces or hear their laughter. But after physical death the spiritual soul still permeates. The soul transitions to another place where it lives on. Developing a spiritual relationship with them in place of the physical one we previously had, is quite possible for most of us. It takes patience and discipline to learn their "new" language, however, this form of communication is VERY real and those in spirit will try diligently to continue to connect with us until we meet again on the other side. How can you learn to feel a loved ones’ presence: will it be real or just your imagination? Why do spirits choose to communicate at certain times and not at others? And what exactly is the difference between a psychic and a psychic medium? These questions and more will be answered as Kathleen explains about the process of speaking with the spirit world. Meditation Techniques
Location: Cost: $25 The body's vibrational frequency can be altered by internal and external influences. All forms of spirit communication begin with exercise in meditation. Learning to catch and receive vibrations, you then discern one spirit from another. Your communication process with the spiritual plane is defined by your ability to master meditation and open doors to altered states of consciousness. We will discuss key points in successfully meditating to meet both your spirit guides and loved ones crossed over such as;
We will discuss the 7 major chakra or psychic centers, their meanings, the associations of our mind, body and spirit, and how prana and kundilini affect their performance. Join us for a course in the
fundamentals in Tarot. The Tarot is an instrument that allows us direct access to knowledge stored in our subconscious. It is the language of our intuition, and premonitions. When we consult the Tarot, it tells us about our feelings and worries and gives us information and answers. In the simplest of terms, Tarot cards are a means of predicting events or gaining insight into our spiritual and earthly worlds. They are used as a method of predicting the future purposely to gain insight and an understanding of what is happening in our lives. The Tarot Card deck contains 78 cards that are divided into two main groups. The 22 Major Arcana cards and the 56 Minor Arcana cards. The Major Arcana cards deal with strong outside influences, while the Minor Arcana cards reveal what's happening in our day to day life. We will cover how our Guides and the Divine use this form of divination allowing the deck to open doorways of information which keep us on our soul's path allowing us to make good decisions, while also helping to expose to us our divine purpose. The only thing necessary to attend this class is to purchase a Tarot deck. You can find decks at any major bookstore such as Barnes & Noble. My recommendation is the Universal Tarot deck (it has simple yet detailed symbolism). You can pay by check or cash at class time.
